THE 2009 BUBBLE CALENDAR
As the New Year approaches, I’ve been searching for that perfect calendar to put on my desk to keep myself organized. While searching the web for some ideas, I found this cool 2009 Bubble Calendar- both modern looking and super fun! I quickly remembered my younger days when I found bubble wrap laying around the house. I’d pop every bubble until my parents got annoyed and told me to stop! I’d burst the bubbles with my finger, lay it flat on the ground and step on it, or I would twist it until all the bubbles are completely popped. I sure loved me some bubble wrap!

Last week I got to check out the official NYC launch of Cassette Playa x Nike Blazer sneakers at the Nike Sportswear Store on 21 Mercer St. I got a chance to meet Carri of Cassette Playa, she’s mad cool, nice, and humble which is very rare nowadays. The event was fun, lots of people showed up, drinks were flowing, no girls standing on the line for the bathroom but I do have some cool pictures for ya, check em out here. N.O.R.E. x Pepsi Pop Up Party x William Yan’s iPhone 3G
I went to the Pepsi Pop Up Party the other day and got to see N.O.R.E. perform live, like one feet away from me. So I busted out my iPhone, and started streaming live video via QIK of the performance, and who would of knew, out of no where NORE takes my iPhone and starts recording himself, me and the audience. It was crazy, I couldn’t believe it. Towards the end of the performance he asks me “Why do you have video on your iPhone, and I dont have video on my iPhone” and my ass goes “Cuz I hacked my shit!” lol. Enjoy, it was unbelievable and I got it on video.

ACCESSORIES: DELUXE HOME SWEET HOME HAT
Japanese label DELUXE has one of the illest A/W 08 accessories ever! Their Home Sweet Home bucket hat is made out of knitted wool, it’s freaking awesome. FOOTWEAR: Lanvin Tennis Shoes
LANVIN is always doing their thing, I especially love their footwear. I like how Lanvin put their own take on a classic tennis shoe. The shoe has a nylon body with leather trims and toe cap, along with a rubber sole. It’s very simple and clean, not overly done and can be rocked with a suit or with a pair of jeans.
