Raf Simons’ much sought after capsule collection of high fashion technical bags made in collaboration with Eastpak. The styling for AW08 is more traditional than last season with inspiration taken from the trends and moods of Raf Simons’ own catwalk. The bags have been produced in strictly limited quantities and have been developed to be accessible to an audience that is fashion conscious, alternative and inherently cool.

This is an oversized shoulder bag with a zip fastening and flap cover. Internally, the bag has a cotton lining and utility pockets. The front flap features a zip pocket compartment (height 10”, width 11”) and metal D-rings to weight it down. The adjustable shoulder strap is padded and measures approximately 54” when fully extended. Black metal rivet detail on the sides allows the strap to be extended a few inches further. The body of the bag is made from a navy crinkled fabric with black trimmings and a triangular branding patch on the front.

Raf Simons x Eastpak Kitpack
This is an oversized, elongated tube shaped backpack. The main compartment has a zip fastening at the top of the bag and there is a small internal cotton pocket with a zip fastening (width 7”, height 7”). There are two padded adjustable shoulder straps on the back with black canvas extension detail and a hanging look on the top. The body of the bag is quilted in a lightweight water resistant fabric with black trimmings and a triangular branding patch on the front.

This is an oversized backpack with a main compartment with zip fastening and a smaller zip pocket on the front (width 12”, height 9”). There are two adjustable shoulder straps on the back with black extension detail and hanging loop on the top. The body of the bag is made from a navy crinkled fabric with black trimmings and a triangular branding patch on the front pocket.

Raf Simons x Eastpak Duffel Bag
This is a holdall in a navy crinkled fabric with black trimmings, two hand-hold straps and two long tubular straps that can be worn both over one shoulder or backpack style one over each arm. The main compartment has a zip fastening and there are two smaller zip pockets one internal and one external that features the triangular branding patch.
